Since your product is made to order, it will take between 2-7 business days to create your item(s) and fulfill your order. Shipping time will depend on your location, so please allow for 3-10 additional days for your order to arrive once shipped. Please note that some orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.

Orders qualify for free shipping if your subtotal is $85 USD or more. This is the cost after discounts and before taxes are applied.

If you happened to apply a discount code at checkout that dropped you below the $85 threshold, you may no longer be eligible for free shipping. If that is not the case, please contact us (if possible, please include a screenshot of your cart) and we'll be happy to look into it!

After your order is placed and processed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number when it is shipped out. Please use this to track your order. Stickers, patches, and greeting cards are shipped separately and will show up in an envelope in your mailbox — these will not include tracking, but for domestic (U.S.) orders, should arrive within 7 business days of being sent. If you need additional information, you can also contact us.

If you believe your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 90 days of your purchase date so that we can resolve this issue together. Please include your order number or have it available and include photos if possible.

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and we will work it out together.

To view detailed size charts, check out the "Size Guide" tab under each individual product. If you are in between sizes or enjoy a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

We ship globally outside of the EU and Northern Ireland. However, you may be responsible for duties and customs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a change or cancellation of an order after it has been placed, but reach out to us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help you if possible.

Returns

We've made it simple for you to initiate an ONLINE RETURN HERE.

Step 1: Enter your order number and email and select your item(s) to return.

Step 2: Get an email confirmation.

Step 3: Send it back to us within 15 days.

Once your return has been authorized, you will receive simple step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

A return must be requested within 45 days of the ship date, after which merchandise must be sent back within 15 days and received by us thereafter.

Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered.

Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund, or may not qualify for a refund. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.

Certain items are marked as not refundable or final sale and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, stickers, patches).

For all orders, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

For all returns, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund; the amount deducted will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, we currently only offer returns. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your return. After which, it may take up to an additional 3-5 business days for us to process your return (i.e. issue your refund). Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2-3 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account.

It is best if you mail your return back as soon as possible, but you have up to 15 days to ship your item(s) back so that they are received on time.

When initiating your return, you will be given the option to receive your refund as credited back to your original form of payment or as a gift card that you can use for future Ni De Mama purchases.

Gifts can be returned the same way as a normal order, however, the email notifications and refund/gift card will be linked to the original purchaser's email.
